In addition to his success with Code 3 Investigations and serving local police detachments, Mr. Curtis has also applied his expertise and knowledge in covert and undercover operations with the elite Department of Public Safety Texas Rangers, Federal Bureau of Investigations, Drug Enforcement Agency, Homeland Security, local law enforcement agencies and has logged more than 2,200 hours of service in Crime Scene Investigations, Traffic Investigations/Reconstruction and SWAT Operations.

Further to such a dynamic career of over thirty-three years, Mr. Curtis, also holds a Master Police Officer Diploma, an MS Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, combined with an extensive investigative background as well as training in the use of undercover video, audio equipment, state-of-the-art, digital photography, investigation techniques and investigative hypnosis.

As a direct result of this impressive track record, superior communication skill and gifted ability to connect with a diverse community Mr. Curtis has also positioned him well as an instructor of security, police subjects, safe use of firearms, and personal protection to aspiring law enforcement students at various learning institutions.
